Where Can I Find This Tassel Necklace?

I have searched the corners of the web and have come up empty handed!  This piece is so very pretty.  Where-oh-where can I find this?  Emma, Lancome -- sharing is caring!  Or, do I have to make it myself?!  :)

    Hi! I stumbled upon your blog when I was looking for info on that fabulous necklace. I also saw a great tassel necklace by Chris Benz in the December issue of Glamour magazine. I am actually making my own tassel using metallic embroidery floss and I really like the way it came out. If you google the Chris Benz Tassel Necklace you will find the DIY instructions from a blog named Lazy SunDIY Afternoon.
